Ok so, I've pretty much beaten the game. I just need to recruit legendaries and get some dungons.
I beat Darkrai, and I have both the Secret Stoneplate and Secret Part. I've gone to the Miracle Sea soo many times and I haven't seen Darkrai once. Is there anything special that I need to do to get him?
I haven't gotten any legendaries except for, Mew, Mesprit, Azelf, Uxie, Cressila, Manaphy, and Phione.
Do I need more legendaries or what?

All are obtainable after the credits (unless mentioned)
some require wondermail codes which I have listed somewhere in the AR codes area.
Some can be found in more than one area, but you can only get one (so if you recruit one in one area the other areas one disappears)
For the ones with multiple areas, I listed the area where I saw them first.

first you must *after beating darkrai* do optional missions then get manaphy THEN you can get darkrai

I think it varies. I think Darkrai could be found throughout some floors.
