The Melancholy of Haruhi-CHAN Suzumiya is an anime(?) of mini-episodes of the characters doing stuff they don't usually do/unexpected from the anime.
It's a very fun show to watch.

They are not fan made as the offical Youtube account of the company that produces the Haruhi series in Japan is the one that's uploading them and a DVD collection of the episodes are schedualed for sale in Japan. This series is based on the 4 Koma gag manga fillers in the original Japanese Haruhi manga as such they are legitamit events with in the Haruhi universe despite their... Somewhat obscure random hillarity. Another reason for Haruhi's personality being Konata like other than being that it's how she is in the 4 Koma, is that Aya Hirano who does the voice work for Haruhi in Japan, also does Konata's voice work hence the scene of Konata being Haruhi. Really though the primary reason for this series release along with Nyoro~n Tsuruya-chan, was a marketing strategy to get fans back into Haruhi for the launch of the second season that's currently airing.  |

Well, people fall in love with the 'cool' or the 'naiveness' and a lot more of characters in anime for various reasons.And this is actually good lol at least we have something to talk about.

Haha, you know, I was nicknamed Joker for a reason - cos I speak and look like Joker of the Jyusshinshu, manga character but yeah, same thing ^^ Anime characters? Joker was in anime but very short amount of time.
