What does FAQ mean? and what do the other words (mainly in capital letters) that can't be found in the dictionary mean? like TY, BRB.
They are abbreviations, please refer to the "Forum and Shoutbox Abbreviations" thread for a list of them.
Catagory? Board? Thread? what do they refer to?

How do I add my avatar?

How to find what your image URL:
If you uploaded your image to an image host you should be given a link referred to as "Direct Link for Layouts" or "Direct Link" or something link that.
If you didn't upload it, then right click on the image and click on properties. Copy the "Image Location" or "Image URL" (depends on what browser you are using, only one of these should appear).
The image URL should usually end with .gif .jpg .bmp and .png so it should be easily identified.
> When you're done, click on the button on the bottom left of the page to save.
NOTE: Although it says "Avatars must be no more than 100x100 pixels." I have increased the limit to 150x150, so feel free to use 150x150 or below.
NOTE 2: Adding signatures is also in the Modify Profile area.

How did you fit so many Pokeplushies into your sig? I can only fit one.
If you looked into the Pokeplushies board, you'll see a thread called "How to Shorten your BBCode".
The rules tell me to not double post but what do I do if I forgot to say something?
On the right side of the page, there is a "Modify" button. This allows you to change/add stuff to your post.
"Modifying" can be referred to as "editing" as well.
