Yes. Sneezing with your eyes open is possible. Just think.... when you sneeze, you sneeze out snot and dirt and so on, but you also sneeze out viruses and bacteria. When you sneeze, your head tilts forward. So if you kept you eyes open while sneezing, you'd get all that stuff in your eyes. Its just a reflex the body does to keep out bacteria.
I also heard they did this on mythbusters, but i never actually saw it...

I've done it, barely. Definitely possible. There's an easy way to do it, just hold your eyes open with...something.

It's not impossible to do that.I've also heard a theory that when you sneeze with your eyes open when you sneeze, your eyes might come out!!!!Dunno if it's true or not though.But I've sneezed once with my eyes open but nothing extraordinary happened.

Ever seen Guinness World Records before?I once saw on that show someone who can pop out her eyes at will and she was challenged by 2 guys for a record.One said he was laughing so hard that his eye popped out and the woman said that she sneezed her eye out!!!That's when I heard about it the first time.And guys, your eyes will only pop out not get separated from your body ;D ;D

Dunno about this, but I personally prefer not to stress my body out to the max  BTW don't try to hold in sneezes as it raises blood pressure temporarily, and can (rarely) cause blood vessel ruptures. |
