Ok, basically in this thread, you can tell me if there is someone that deserves to be honoured. Then, I will honour them if I agree.
Only staff (excl Temp staff) have a say in who can be honoured.

Hmmm...does Honoured count as a "Staff Member" won't that mean we'll have A LOT of staff members?

they're staff, but they don't rlly have much(if any) staff powers(sticky, desticky, bump, lock, lock poll, unlock(?), delete(other people's posts) and some more, like being able to do things in the staff CP...
