Object- a chess set (i'd be always part of a thousand year war!!! how exciting!)
Chracter- hmmm tough one, probably the arbiter, but since most of you dont know the arbiter, then ike cos he's awesome.
Plant- probably the Methuselah tree (i think thats the oldest tree living...i think). if fictional trees dont matter, the "world tree" known in legends (its a ENORMOUS tree if you dont know...i mean ENORMOUS!!!). the sheer age( for the methelusah tree) would be great for observing the eons passing, and the sheer size (world tree) would just be totally awesome
