If you happen to find your account to be locked for a few days, it's probably because of the non-posting rule. (this rule will apply as long as we have few members posting, when there is are more regular posters, I will see to that the rule will be abolished)
I hope the penalty will encourage more posting, making this forum more lively. (note that I will ignore requests of non-posters, and requesting in the AR board will not go towards your post count)
ALSO NOTE: if you think you can outsmart the lock by creating a new account, I will personally, permaban (permanent ban) you. This permaban will effect the area you live in, thus if you think you can outsmart the lock by having multiple computers you are wrong!
tips: what can you post about,
there are lots of things to post about, you can post in the forum games thread if your bored (please read all the game rules before playing, they should be on page 1 of each game.) (if I see people posting in only the games board to increase their post count, I might make it so that posting in the games board won't increase your post count)
adoptables, to make forums more fun, you can adopt one (see adoptables board for more info on this)
create your own board (but make sure that it hasn't already been created)
spamming: this includes pointless posts with a few (or even one) word(s) or a random mash of the keyboard, or copying anything random. the penalty from doing this will range from the lowering of you post count to permabans.

this is a very good rule FZ. If you do make it so people's post count wont rise in the M&E, then many people's post counts wont raise as much.
Also how about we do that thing that I told you about in the PM but instead with the board we were talking about, we do it to the AR codes board... OR We can make two AR code boards and one will have just basic noob AR codes while the other will have more intense codes and people would be able to join the other one through membership...
Hmm i wonder if this will count as spam =] i think its a little to short ahah
Note: i didnt wanna bother u with a PM.

imo, keep it the way it is. ahh well so much for my super long post ahah well who knows maybe in the future =] This permaban will effect the area you live in, thus if you think you can outsmart the lock by having multiple computers you are wrong! umm theres 2 problems with that. 1- there might be 2 ppl in the forum that live in the same area and one of them might post alot and that can effect him. 2 - theres other ways around it... although not that simple.

Very nice FZ! I see you think thru EveryThing! Awesome! The adoptables are so much of a fun thing, it's hard to ignore! So when you mean house, you mean the IP? (Note(bit off topic): I think SPAM=Stupid Pointless and Annoying Messages. Might be obvious, so ignore this if you already know)

No, because houses can have more than one computer and more than one IP. However, the computers are (I think for this next part, so FZ correct me if it's wrong) somehow linked together, or they've got dynamic IP's... (End my unsure section).

idk if im correct but i use a modem in my house (desktop, ps3, phone, and laptop) and all of their IP's are different by one so FZ can ban like IP's that around the same as the original one.

I'm pretty sure they ALL have the same first few numbers, and then the last number is different. Or at least that how to computers/laptops in my house are.

I can control the strength of the ban, the main ones are comp, house, neighborhood, country, everyone. There are more though.
