I know that person, I banned him before. Apparently he has a cheap dynamic IP address (compaired to my rather expensive static IP).
This time I'll wildcard ban him, that is (if it works) he won't be back.

Apparently... Skariz had that IP, once. but I won't say it's him since dynamic IP's can have multiple owners. Also Skariz's IP is currently a static IP.

yep, each time he comes back (if he comes back after this one) I'll increase the wildcard ban accordingly, there should be a point were it locks all his dynamic IP's (if I haven't reached it already)

I think it worked... and skariz's IP was a dynamic one, but currently it is a static one so I doubt it was him.
