I agree that Megaman will win against Sonic. Sonic may be fast, but Megaman have more abilities.

Sonic vs Megaman (Classic)
Megaman wouldn't want to fight but if he had to he uses Flash Stopper and then mixes in several other bosses powers, Sonic's frozen and beaten up but not killed as that goes against Megaman's programing. If Sonic attacks first though... Megamans out for the count as Sonic would spin dash through him.
Sonic vs X
X wouldn't fight as it goes against his principals, if negotiating fails he's put on his Ultimate Armor and Nova Crush Sonic. Sonic would be defeated as X is more durable than Robotnik robots.
Sonic vs Zero
Zero wouldn't hesitate and would just cut Sonic in two. :x Sonic stands no chance saddly...
Sonic vs Aile/Vent
Aile/Vent can be taken out in one hit if not Rocked on. But should they be rocked on Aile/Vent wins.
Sonic vs Trigger
Trigger's sheild would take any impact from Sonic and he'd just spam buster and what ever special he has... Not to mention he lives on a world covered in endless water... Sonic's at a serious disadvantage here.
Sonic vs Megaman.exe
Neither would win... One's digital, one's not. If Megaman was to be in a copybot... Sonic'd win.
Sonic vs Omega-xis Megaman
Megaman'd change frequency and Sonic couldn't hurt him... Megaman'd move faster too in wave form. Sonic wouldn't see where the attacks were coming from and would loose.
It just depends on the Megaman. ^^;;;

Blasphemy! Sonic is flesh and Megaman is Metal. Sonic's power is speed, Megaman is speed and much more. I already showed the reasons why and who would win in a fight. Certain Megamen loose but the majority win.  |
