I'd like to point out that for some people, English may be a second or third language. In some cultures there is no Capital letters and as such, they would translate that over into english with out them. So there should be some leniency towards this as we can't expect everyone in the world to be verbose linguists of the English language when alot of countries don't have English as their primary language. Also there is learning disabilities that also cause trouble with typing and/or speaking English. In general though, I would hope that the person in question would make mention of said problems be it language barrier or learning dissability to better allow the staff to deal and cope with said issues so that no wrongfull banning would occur.

Now personally on the issue of multipull accounts, I can see some form of leniancy towards multipull accounts, but this only would be intitled to those who are active members and have notified the other members and staff of said account, where for in the event of a full scale removal of inactive accounts said alternate accounts will be spared from the removal. This would also allow for a prevenative messure against spamming or double posting, using multipul accounts.

That rule is more towards deliberate typing... er... ways?
for example don't type something like: "U leik Mudkipz 2! amirite?"
or FP's example "1 r t3h 1337 H4X0rzzzz"

I only care about multiple accounts if the people using them are spamming or breaking rules, hoping for a way to get around the ban, or if they are using it to bypass a timed ban.
If that happens, all related accounts to them will be banned if the have been warned (getting a timed ban counts as a warning)
