I've deleted Fp's old rules becauses they were from 3 years ago and times flows guys!! So here's the new rules: (ignore FP's ten commandment, it's for his own strange enjoyment) 
1. Please don't swear, i know some people including our own admin swears sometimes and i also know that the swearwords have been replaced with * s but it's still insulting some other people. Sooo rule #1 : don't swear!
2) Don't Spam. Spam means Stupid Pointless Annoying Mail (I'm pretty sure) and it wastes your time as well as the moderators who are deleting it. So rule #2 Don't spam
One word posts also fall into this catagory, unless it is of the games.
Also, don't double post, you can edit your post, but sometimes with long lists or stories and you run out of room it will be ok. It is also ok to reserve a post if you created a thread and are positively sure that you'll need more room in the future as you add to it. If a thread hasn't been used for a long time, it's ok to double post once to bump it.
3) Don't put any visual sexual material and keep sexual material to a minimum! I know lots of guys look up porn and you can go do that, but remember that there are other people here and some of them may be young so don't put porn up, we don't want people to get the wrong idea about this forum! Rule #3 No porn
FP: Actually it's not completely banned. Try put some porn! There'll be a nasty surprise for you. No it won't be banning, though if you try reverse the punishment then i'll ban you.
4) Most important of all, the rule that mainly covers everything is to respect each other!!! ;D Be friendly to each other. Don't just swear at someone else just because they accidentally insulted you. Rule #4: Respect each other.
5) Don't Plagiarise. Plagiarising is stealing, so whenever you copy something do your best to include details about the creator. Go to the 'For the Kenpachi fans' thread in the 'Fan art' section and read FP's examples "thanks to ~Frontsideair" or "credit goes to ~frontsideair". Rule #5 No plagiarising.
6) Reasonable Signatures: Please don't have massive pics in your sigs. Please keep it to a reasonable size (Total Maximum Height: 7 cm)
This is for the less fortunate people with slow internet connection, and convenience of people who are browsing. ;D
7) No Imitating. No one likes an imitator, so don't try pretend to be another person. ;D
8) About your passwords: We prefer there to be no account sharing unless its from the same computer. However, if you do let someone else know your password (in whatever way) and they do unexpected things on your account, it is your own fault so don't get angry about it.
9) Excessive Quoting: Please don't quote long posts or long lists.
10) Excessive Caps: Please don't type with caps lock on it is annoying so don't do it.
11) Make yourself understandable: also I (Freepoints, who is typing this rule), can understand "1 r t3h 1337 H4X0rzzzz" the majority of ppl can't xD Same thing goes for bad grammar, though if you can't help it - I have no probs. But if you can, please put a bit of extra time, cos it'll save the time of ppl reading it.
And that's it. If there's any more we'll be updating them. I f you got any problems just message me or the other admins!! ;D
And FP told me not to put the punishments down, sooo just follow these rules and you'll be fine!!!

After feeling Cyde and Steen's, might I say injust behaviour (and also mainly from Spiritfrombelow) on the PP forums, I decided to make this. This is basically just a few promises i make to the whole forum and any new members.
> Firstly I will try be more relaxed on the rules (except the Plagiarism one) and all members who have been banned for reasons other than stealing codes will be unbanned before 1st January 2009.
> I will not ban someone immediately unless they plagiarise. I will investigate into matters first and issue a warning to them.
> I will never be prejudice, and will do my best to cooperate with and get to know someone who has joined recently.
> I will never abuse my powers and will never think of myself as superior, just a 'keeper of Justice'. I will also say to my fellow Administrators and Moderators this:
You have not been chosen as moderators simply because you are friends with me. You have not been chosen because you have or have not given anything to be. You have been chosen because I see you as good role models for newer members. You are also to follow this oath.
> During a conflict between members, my blind eye will not differenciate between ranking or position. My blind eye will not care much about who is right and who is wrong. I will follow the code of rules above. I will seek mainly just to remove the conlict and to lessen tensions, try to respect each other.
> If there is any harassment against you, PM me immediately. I will look into the matter with much concern.
> If you send me a PM that says 'Please Reply', rest assured that i will reply ASAP. I too am the type of person that feels if someone has not replied, they have not read my message.
New section added:
> After hearing of Cyde's low act and how i was banned again, i decided to add this to my Oath. The Private Message is obviously (although Cyde doesnt realise) PRIVATE!!! . Everything in it is kept confidential between you and your recipents. I nor any other admin/moderators will go snooping around in your PMs. And I dont care what you write, you can put porn in, swear in it, even say "Freepoints (me) is suchhhhh a s*** admin" (although i hope you don't ^_^) and I wont care! Why not???Because I WON'T GO SNOOPING AROUND in it and I WON'T KNOW! Ok so that's cleared ^_^. Basically as said before it's your PRIVATE chat, and no one deserves a right to go spying it.
(Cyde probably keeps cameras in his toilets).
That's about it, if there's any concerns about this, if you want me to make more promises, then just PM me or post in this thread.
