This is starting to get annoying so I'm going to thread it. ==================================================
Firstly, do not ask if you can become a mod. If anything, asking to become a mod will decrease the chances of you actually becoming a mod.
What you should do is to contribute to discussions and topics on a regular basis without breaking the main rules.
When we think you are ready and there are ranks available, we will come to you (by a PM or if we happen to see you on the shoutbox) and offer you the position.

I'd say, it's like school citizenship stadards. S is satisfactory, no grudges, fine. O is outstanding, doing more than told, helping a lot more. so do more than just follow teh rulez. Contribute :3

Hmmm, yeah...
> Be active. > Be good role model. > Be responsible. > Being able to speak formally is good. > Staying calm, cool and collected is also good. > Show that you can control situations. > Show you are trustworthy. > And yes, you can only get the place, if the place is available and because we have so little members, I really don't need that many moderators. > Of course, as the forum gets bigger and bigger, I will need more GMs. > So! Help make the forum bigger!
> If you break the rules like once or twice, that's okay. You've still got a pretty good chance. > If you've broken the rules like ten times and still not banned - Don't even think about it.
And uhhhh, just as a notice, even doing all the good stuff up there, ain't guaranteed to make you GM/Admin.

Being here for a good amount of time will also increase chances if you show everyone you're a good person.

OZ i agree with you, it is very rare but not impossible. Although the one member to do it violated the not asking rule lmao. xD

Well, it's not really a rule that if you ask it'll decrease your chances... I mean ambition is good... just don't tick me off asking for Staff position.
If you can refer yourself to me, such as that you are a GM/Admin of [another forum] and you can show me proof, and that you can do the above [my first post in this thread] then that really helps ^^

Now, this is way off topic. Make your own discussion thread if you want to do that.
Threads in the Help Board should be more strict on the rules to reduce clutter (aka confusion) for New Members.
