I would say Windows 7, but I'm biased as I only say that because I am more used to using Windows.

Windows 7 is better for gamers and the like, as long as you got a good pc to handle windows 7 but OSX is great for non-gamers and people who like to surf on the internet, and it’s also good for artist and graphic designers.
ME I love Windows XP but that’s another system altogether
