How to add AR codes

I want to add the 493 pokemon code and its a huge code and i have a action replay max and i don't know how to make the code in my AR except for adding it by hand but its a huge code so i need someone to help me in steps to add the code to theaction replay code manager

OK. 1.)First up, open the Action Replay Code Manager.
2.)Then, link your action replay to the computer with the cable.
3.)Next, get the game that you want to add the codes to, click and drag it to the 'my codelists' section.
4.)Then, open up the game folder and right click somewhere in it and say 'add new cheat'
5.)Finally, add the code to the popup window (e.g copy and paste.) and name it. Then all you have to do is drag the game back onto the 'nintendo ds' part. When it asks to overwrite, say yes. The code should then be on your AR.

Adding codes by hand...I remember that...I did that when I was 15...thats almost 5 years ago...

3rd and 4th pokemon max exp and max IQ
it has to be for the UK
it just has to work
