Wow you've never heard of Wii Fit? Do you even know what a Wii is? Anyway, Wii Fit is a game for Wii which basically allows you to excercise through a video game. In Wii Fit you do all different kinds of excercises and training like yoga, balance training, strength training, and many other things.
