I can help you and if your wondering how to evolve your starters just beat darkrai and recruit dialga and palkia.

so this is like a help/guide section for PMD....
The time/level when pokemon are allowed to evolve are the same as in the games like pokemon diamond/pearl. (except when it comes to friendship, you're suppose the raise IQ instead)

some require wondermail codes which I have listed somewhere in the AR codes area.
Some can be found in more than one area, but you can only get one (so if you recruit one in one area the other areas one disappears)
