nope, no ARDS code. they appear from level ~30 to level 90 or so. lol
I have 2 level 90 ones. they both suck. my giratina was level 56 and knocked them down to red HP with 2 dragon claws..nothing abnormal though, they're magikarp.

wifi might make all its stats the way they should be...I can't put in a PC or it will change back to normal stats.
999 of each stat...probably could OHKO your poke's easily...
