Yeah, I know. Last thing people need a thread about. Who cares. Have you ever given anyone in your life any proper first aid? I don't mean just putting a iny bandage after you got your boo boo. I mean stuff like applying Antiseptic. Was it a friend or sibling? Discuss it here.

Never really done anything big.... Nothing actually..... BUT! I am certified by the Red Cross to legally give CPR. I'm also a certified life guard. If i took the test, i'd pass and become a life guard. I can also save 150 pound bricks from the bottom of a 12 foot pool. XD

First Aid actually is important if you do extreme sports like Rock Climbing etc. I suppose it does come in handy.
I could prob get a Life Guard too. I've completed like a billion Lifeguard training courses.

Good Job! Give him a round of applause! When I make my Eagle Rank in BSA, and not too busy, I'm gonna train for LifeGuard. I just took the First Aid Merit Badge. Very fun and easy. Pop Quiz: What does ABCD in First Aid mean?

I can never... will never... am totally unable to do anything like that... The sight of blood makes me feel weak and I've passed out before when I've seen a bad cut that's bleeding. I'm just not good with this stuff.

XD It was hard to tell how much you were correct. LOL You're right about air. But it's actually AirWAY. Meh, big deal B and C are right. D is Defibrillator. But yeah, there are many ways on what they can be. Airway, Breathing, Circulation, Defib(Forget spelling it) was how I learned it. Pop Quiz: When someone has Heatstroke, it's okay to spray them with a hose.

Is it okay to spray anyone with a hose when they have a stroke? :/
Thats prolly not a good idea.. it'd be best just to get them to a cool place the call and ambulance. :/

uh, what if the hose has hot water coming out of it? my hose doesn't always have cold water coming out of it. I'd most likely do what OZ said. and what's with the pop quizzes?

lol ^ No way you can spray someone with water when they get a heatstroke.
Just like what OZ said, take them to shade, give them space to like breathe and rest up.Then get something for them to drink (Most of the time it's like something hot.) and call for help or if they are okay, just kinda walk them to where they want to go, you know, just to keep them safe.
And about the ABCD, I only know something that is DRABC which is connected to CPR (Chest something Resuscitation...I forgot!!!xD). D - Danger R - Response A - Airway B - Breathing C - Circulation
Question : When someone has Hypothermia, what should you do in order to help him/her??

Note:I am not an Advanced First-Aid-er Get them to warm shelter. Get them in warm clothes. Wrap 'em in a towel, add a sleeping bag, w/e. Whatever that helps keep body heat. Give 'em water...small sips, not barbarian gulps. If their balls are freezing, put water bottle there. I'm serious.
All the reasons to not spray with a hose is correct. What I was looking for was that is could put them into shock. Question: Three people are biking around a mountain. They all go over a cliff and crash. You rush to the scene. Victim A:Sitting down and just saying OW. Victim B:Facing down, very still Victim C:Just screaming. What is the Order to treat these victims.

Order is B, A then C if I'm correct. This is cause the one laying still prob has the most severe wounds and well having pain all over and can't move. The one sitting there and saying OW is having quite serious wounds and well just that the pain inflicted by the injuries are making him feel almost no pain and well the one screaming is probably having some minor but deep cut or something and the fact that he can still scream means his wound ain't that severe.
I'm right....at least I think I'm right xD

It was actually sorta BCA, cause you'd be freaked out if someone was just sitting there screaming. But it can be either. I gave my 4x4x4 Cube some first aid because it was hurt (too loose) xD
