Maybe their language will be like rubbish when we listen to it.Maybe we won't be able to make out what they say but still I prefer something like ESP telepathic fields or something like communicating through their minds.....

Well, unless they have voiceboxes and diaphrams, tongues like us they cetainly won't sound anything like us. Even our evolutionary ancestor who branched off into different species, like cats, apes, squirrels and other mammals all have mouths which in some ways are similar to ours.
Alien would've followed a completely different evolutionary path to us will definately have different mouths - if they even have mouths.
Who knows? Maybe they'll vibrate their wings to mak noises like Crickets?

All aliens speak Japanese, End discussion.
Joking aside, I think they will be more like animals then humans so I feel aliens will speak more like animals do, using various sounds and body movements.
