Where can I learn more about Pro Action Relay?

I've certainly seen the amazing codes that people contribute to the site and I'm thankful for them. I really wondering though if there are any online resources that people have found helpful in teaching them how to do this. So if you know of any good links could you please post them here and tell me briefly what they deal with. I warn you in advance though, I've no experience in this area. There's so much information online that it's hard to know whats useful.

(The reason I'm posting it here is because I don't know if it qualifies as a Help or Code section topic so please let me know if I'm in the wrong section.)
