but would you rather lock criminals up and let them out to do bad stuff again or get rid of them once and for all so they cant do anything evil again

Still, I think that everyone deserves a second chance.Maybe they will change themselves.If they do not then maybe God or someone will deliver the proper punishments.Not a fake god.But still I'd rather have a world without criminals ;D ;D

Yeah but one world would surely not exist because it will disturb the balance between good and evil.That might destroy the world.Cause if everyone is good then there surely is no need for the law to exist.

L, because of his weird habits, but I find a person who's trying to do something without the power more interesting.
Although Kira may also have the disadvantage because the power is quite noticeble in its effect.
