If you go onto a video on Youtube, on the right will be a box with the person who put the video up and a box with a link saying "URL" copy that URL and paste it between the youtube button.

I'll use an example to explain: example video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=LYR-cIvApgIuse this to put above video in a post: this is what you get by the code above: I simply placed the URL of the video I wanted inside the youtube tags.

I think putting &fmt=18 at the end of the HTML will automatically make it go HD. (The video.)

Nope not all videos i tryed it many times it didn't work It only works with videos that actually have a HD version. If the person uploads a low quality video to start off with, there won't be a HD version. If the person uploads a high quality video, youtube will convert it to a flash video, lowering it's quality and reducing size; but adding that to the end tells it to load the original video instead so it loads the original high quality video (usually MP4 format).

Well i think HD came on youtube about maybe 2 to 3 month ago so if i want to see a video in HD i will have to check the ones that have been on from 3 month ago to now
