to be honest neither cuz one relies on the sharingan and did on the curse mark, and if naruto gets to mad 4 tailed naruto comes out and then more tails come out and they both die, but naruto will win be ause he has been training for sage mode

Idk... honestly Sasuke kinda sucks right now but I hope they start focusing on Sasuke after Naruto is finished with sage stuff.

Naruto is purely stronger than Sasuke.Sasuke was talented to begin with and had sharingan and great senseis.Naruto, on the other hand had no talent and had to practice harder, 2 times or maybe even 3 times as hard because the Kyuubi messes with his chakra and stuff.Sasuke was great in the beginning and I think he was meant to be a wall that Naruto had to overcome, just like what Itachi said to Sasuke when he was a kid.You can see Naruto becoming ever stronger from when he was a kid.He worked hard and got acknowledged and even surpassed a lot of great ninjas and Sasuke was there in the first place to be someone for Naruto to compare to.If there was no Sasuke in the first place, we might not come to realize that Naruto has gotten stronger.And, no offense, but Sasuke could have been replaced by some other character.
