*sigh* no.
the (second?) mouth is elongated, BLACK, flytrap-like, and has a brown dot on it. It comes off the top of the head, and it makes up ~half the size of its entire body.

This pokemon couldn't learn the move lick in R/B oh, the irony... Lickitung! This pokemon can breed at first, but CAN't breed after it evolves to the next stage(s). |

@fz: that would be Wynaut.
This pokemon is the third stage of the 2 only Kanto pokemon that cannot breed/are not legendary.

Nidoqueen. btw, wynaut can't breed but wobbuffet can, lets change the wording a bit on my last one to make it clear. This pokemon can breed at first, but CAN'T breed after it evolves to the next stages. so its like: [this pokemon, can breed] ---> [evolves, can't breed] ---> [evolves again, can't breed] |

ohhh yeah I was getting confused <and looking at a list of pokemon that couldn't breed heh> I knew something was odd..now...to find that one there...which game? I don't see any that can't breed after evolution in DPP...  OHH theres Nidoran♀.  |
