Rate the signature of the person above you

I got this Idea from the rate the avatar of the person above you.
But in this one youalso have to write a coment about their signature or how they can improve theirs.you can rate them from 1-10. Mainly the main reason for this tread is so people can edit their signatures. Also I know a good website for signatures.
Also You only count signatures not pokeplushies(rule was created by Falzar and I agree with him).

okay i've noticed something that is making me mad. This is so people can know what to change in their sighnature so it looks godd to people but what you guys are doing is playing this like its the count to a million game. so from now on you cant post the same thing for the same person. meaning once a person rates the person above theirs signature then they cant rate it again until that person changes their signature.
