FP has raised the post count thing, see the news fader.
Posting certain boards don't contribute to post counts, this is one of them.
If the board previously didn't have the 'no post count' status and now it does, your post counts may go down a little.
(or you broke rules and that lowers post count as well when a mod/admin catches you (you'll know if you did this one, and the rules is one of the options near the top of the page)).
