I'm not entirely sure what UHF stands for, but it has something to do with, I think, older TV broadcasting stations. Some were called UHF stations. The plot of the movie had to do with two guys (played by Weird Al and someone else, not sure what his name was) who can’t seem to keep a job. Then Weird Al’s uncle, in the movie, wins a deed to a small TV station and places Al and his friend in charge. So they have to keep the station afloat and deal with competition from other, better known stations. It’s a good movie full of parodies of other films and TV shows.

What About Bob?
P.S. UHF stands for Ultra High Frequency, and is used to refer to the Broadcast channels between 14-69.
2-13 are considered VHF channels, or Very High Frequency.
